How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
On our world there is currently a massive problem with overproduction of all kinds of articles. To avoid becoming part of this problem, we only produce by order. Fortunately, we have a very good network of partners, which nevertheless guarantees us that the order will be processed within 3-4 business days. In addition to this, shipping, depending on class, of 2-5 business days must be added.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
For each order we guarantee a time window of 24h. Until then you can contact us and we can change the design and cancel the order free of charge. After this time it is unfortunately not possible for us to stop the process, because we transmit our print orders to our partners and a print is made especially for you.
We would like to point out that there is no right of withdrawal for works with a presentation freely chosen by you as well as for pure photography prints, as the created works are individually produced according to your specifications. For individual products a right of revocation according to § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB is excluded.

How Can I Return a Product?
Since we only produce on order, it is not possible for us to take back prints. However, if you should have a reason and want to return an item to us, please contact us. We can then guarantee a refund of 30% of the buying price. If a product has been damaged during transport, please also contact us at reception@raaago.com.
